Robert Homan, Director District 2 Robert (Bob) has lived in the Eatonville area now for almost 14 years. He has a lovely wife, Mary of 24 years and two children who's names are Cameron and Abbey. Cameron graudated from Eatonville High School in 2009 and now attends Eastern Washington University. Cameron is majoring in Healthcare Administration and is the punter for the EWU football team. Abbey is a senior at Eatonville High School this year, was on the swim team, and is captain of the dance team "Cruise Control". She has recently been accepted to attend Eastern Washington University and plans to major in Teaching and hopes to become a History Teacher after spending at least a couple of years in Europe student teaching. Robert is a Lynnwood, WA High School Graduate of over 30 years, has an AA, and is still working on his Fire Command and Administration degree. He works for the City of Renton Fire Department and is in his 25th year for the fire service. He has worked in the Suppression Division on the ladder truck and on the Special Rescue Team most recently. Robert was just recently transferred and is currently enjoying a new challenge as the Hazardous Materials Lieutenant in the Community Risk Reduction Division. Since moving to Eatonville Robert has been involved in all of the offices of the PTA, coached in EYSA for many years, has chaired the facilties committee prior to the district renovating the schools, served on the exceptional misconduct committee, Chaired the BEAP committee, and is currently serving in his sixth year on the school board where he has served as the legisltive represetative to Olypmia and is currently the presiding President of the Board. He also is a current member of the Eatonville Lions Club. Robert and his family attend Eatonville Baptist Church. In his spare time he enjoys working out, playing racquetball, riding bikes, fishing, spendng time with friends, and hanging out with his family. |
Paulette Gilliardi, Director District 1 Paulette has lived her entire life in the little town of Elbe, nestled in the foothills at the base of Mt. Rainier. Forty-eight years ago she married Bill Gilliardi and together they raised four children who are now successfully pursuing their own pathways. Paulette attended Columbia Crest Elementary and graduated from Eatonville High School in 1962. Bill and Paulette have owned and operated Gilliardi Logging & Construction Inc. for nearly 42 years and have been through all the many ups and downs that are part of a family owned business. Their son, Chad, is now the principle owner of their company, after having worked in the business with them for over 15 years. During the years Paulette was raising her children, she was active as a volunteer in the schools, served as a bible study leader with Bible Study Fellowship, and served as Children's Ministry Teacher and Treasurer at their small county church. In 1985 she was a chaperone for Eatonville's Daffodil princess who happened to be her daughter, Shannon. She continued with the Daffodil Festival and went from chaperone to three years as Queen Mother, in charge of the royal court. For over 20 years Paulette attended and kept stats and scorebook for junior high and high school basketball. She served on the school board for 10 years, leaving in 1999 and returned recently to fill a vacancy. Paulette attends and is active at Center Point Church in Eatonville. In her spare time she loves to read and have coffee or lunch with friends. What Paulette enjoys most is spending time with her kids and her four wonderful and energetic grandsons who range in age from 8 to 23 years. |
Roger Andrascik, Director District 3 Roger Andrascik has lived in the Eatonville area since 2002, is a 32 year employee of the National Park Service and currently serves as the Chief Natural and Cultural Resources at Mt. Rainier National Park. Within this position, Roger supervises the biological, physical science, historical and archeological staff at the mountain. His previous assignments have taken him to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Monument in Colorado; Curecanti National Recreation Area, also in Colorado; Crater Lake National Park, Oregon; Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming; Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Dakota; and Voyageurs National Park in Minnesota. Roger and his wife Karen, who is a fourth grade teacher at Eatonville Elementary School, have been married 29 years and have two children. Sean who is a 2008 graduate of Eatonville High School is a junior at Pacific Lutheran University and majoring in Political Science. Hannah is a senior at Eatonville High School, is interested in studying Biology and has been accepted to four different universities. At this time she is still weighing her options. Both students have participated in ASB, athletics and extra-curricular activities. Sean served as the Student Representative to the Eatonville School Board. Roger graduated from Grossmont High School in San Diego, CA, and earned his B.S. in Natural Resources Planning and Interpretation at Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA. Roger and his family have been actively involved in Eatonville community functions such as, school bond and levy committees, Relay for Life Committee, EYSA Softball Coach, Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish Council and youth group leader. Roger enjoys hiking, backpacking, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, sea kayaking, and of course watching his children perform in athletic competitions.Roger is the state legislative representative for the board of directors. |
